Graasp offers multiple secure ways for users to access their accounts. This section explains how to log in using your email and password, along with tips for troubleshooting common issues.

With Email

You can log in to Graasp using your email address. This method will send you an email with a magic link.

How it works:

1. Go to the Graasp login page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Graasp account.
3. Click Receive a link to log in.
4. You will receive a magic link in your inbox.
5. Open the email and click the link to be logged in automatically.

Notes:

• The magic link is valid for a limited time for security reasons.
• If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder and verify that your email address is correct and has no typos.
• Some institutional email systems may block automated messages. Contact your administrator if needed.

With Password

If you previously set up a password to your account, you can log in using your email and password combination.

Steps to log in:

1. Go to the Graasp login page.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Log in.

If you forget your password, you can reset it at any time:

1. Click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check your inbox for the reset instructions.
4. Create a new password following the recommended security guidelines.

Troubleshooting tips:

• Make sure caps lock is off when entering your password.
• If you don’t receive password reset emails, check your spam folder.
